imitone 0.5.1b graphics "bleeding" on Windows 7 (example report)

This post is meant as an example of a "model citizen" bug report, with information that might lead to a quick diagnosis.
It is based on the guidelines, with a few additions representing proactive behavior in collecting information.

imitone is doing something really strange and doesn't look like it's supposed to.  Various parts of the interface seem to be bleeding out of their boundaries...  I'm running imitone 0.5.1b on Windows 7 64-bit, and my graphics card is an NVidia Quadro 2000M.

I've attached a screenshot and the log.txt file:

This was a problem that cropped up in the development version and was promptly fixed -- it made for a good example report.  I'll be very surprised if it resurfaces, but who knows...
