Although the beta is only a preview, our policy is to honor all refund requests within 30 days.  Allow us a few days to handle these.

We may ask some questions about your experience or offer workarounds if we think the problem you encountered is solvable.  Let us know if you prefer to skip tech support when requesting a refund.
