Hi, I wanna know if it is possible to have a free trial of imitone, since I downloaded it, but it needs a Keycode...(sorry for my english, but I am italian :) ).

Thanks, but what is the difference between the 25 dollars and 60? I haven't Garage Band, what software can I use to record it?
Finally, do you know when the last version will be updated, and if I have bought the beta...can I pay just the difference of price?

about prime,

If you buy the beta, you buy the software V1, meaning once it is released you got it, no need to pay extra money.

Ok, but it's not good that I can't verify I like it without a trial of 30 seconds.....being an unemployed how I can know if it is good for me????? :( How can i do?

I will probably make a trial at some point -- but probably not until the software is closer to finished. :/ Bear in mind it's not "for sale", yet -- just for pre-order. imitone should hit 1.0 sometime in spring of this year, or early summer at the latest. (I'll be announcing a date soon, maybe?)
I can say that for 95% of people, the cheaper version does everything they'll realistically need -- the $60 version will add lots of features but most of them require a solid understanding of MIDI and audio systems (especially routing and controllers) to use effectively.

Ok (sorry for my english, before of all). I can understand that the cheaper version of 25 dollars is enough to work with my voice (so i can use it many times...) while the other of 60 dollars needs understanding of audio systems (but there are other simple programmes can I download to use it?)

Check out the "cheap and free music apps" topic I've just posted under "Toolbox" -- NanoStudio and LMMS are good free options for music making, and both can be used with imitone.
If imitone doesn't make you happy, E-mail support@imitone.com for a refund.

As someone considering imitone, seeing this post from 4 years ago talking about am anticipated 1.0 version - and the fact that it STILL has not landed doesn’t fill me with confidence.
I really don’t understand the lack of trial.
Especially when there is a free online wav-midi converter available.
I get that this app is supposedly “real time” and that’s a USP but without a trial people
Will find it difficult to stump up the (not inconsiderable) price in any great numbers.
I’d love to see this succeed, but fear that you’re alienating a great source of potential income.
Good luck

Yes, I was overzealous in thinking I would complete this technology in such a short time. I like to think it's better to go over schedule and keep my promises, though. In the meantime, my beta users can work with what I've built so far. I encourage you to experiment with other tools.
We may put out a trial before imitone 1.0 is complete, but don't be surprised if it's not what you expect.
