Updating installer

I've said this before, but I will say again: imitone needs an updating installer, like proper release software. That is to say, it needs to install over itself when a new version comes out, rather than requiring manual uninstallation of the old version. It would be even nicer if it had internal updating, so you never have to download a new installer, but at least it needs to have a self-regulating install.

Yeah, there were some reasons for the non-updating installer originally, but at this point it's a bit more pain than it's worth.  I'll make a note to transition over with the next build.
