Hi,
The instruments in the app sound fine but I'm having a trouble trying to use midi out to my Korg NTS-1.
I noticed a pop when transitioning to a new note.
I put it through VCV Rack to debug.
It looks like the change in pitch is split between the midi note and the pitch bend.
"pitch bend" and "exact pitch" settings produce the same results.
These images compare "pitch bend range" settings 1 and 6.
Red is the incoming midi note and green is the pitch wheel data.
As far as I can tell the NTS-1 should support pitch bend out of the box but what I hear is consistent with the red line above.
I was able to add the pitch bend on top of the note in VCV and the resulting pitch is more correct, but the pops still exist.
My intuition is that "pitch bend" mode would send quantized notes with bend data,
whereas "exact pitch" mode would send the pitch directly through the midi base note with no bend data.
I'm not exactly sure how midi works so maybe that's not possible.
Can anyone confirm what I'm seeing here and/or point me in the right direction?
