Lack of communication.

I've messaged Evan and Support some days ago and received no response, it's an urgent matter and i would appreciate some efficiency, apologies if i'm being rude.

I apologize for the delay; I've issued the refund now.

I had a relative in the hospital last week, which had me away from work...  But I've been unresponsive in the past with weaker reasons than that.  Customer support is a skill I'm still learning.  :)

No, it was my fault for being impatient, i value my patience greatly, but it failed me in this case, i wish your relative a safe recovery, and i'll be keeping an eye on imitone in the future!
